World of our own (Chuxiong) 另一个世界（楚雄）

We arrived at Yuanmou Langbapu Earth Forest‍ before daybreak, it felt as if we’ve walked into a pitch black theatre. Being early-birds, we were privileged to be the only audience watching the area light up. It was remarkable and almost ethereal, watching mother nature unveil the earth forest layer by layer.

天末亮我们就到了元谋浪巴铺土林，感觉像走进了黑暗的剧场。光慢慢从山间升起，将整个地方照亮…… 一眼望去，土林有如舞台背景一样层层叠叠，深不可测。因为早起，我们成了这里唯一的观众，感谢大自然为我们呈现了一场叹为观止的日出。

Vivid colours stopped us in our tracks as we arrived in Chuxiong Yiren Village and instantanously, we were immersed in the joyous mood. It was no surprise the locals got all curious about JON – the kids were particularly eager to say "Hello" to our Stranger.

从元谋到楚雄彝人部落，瞬间被显眼的色彩所吸引，不一会儿就融入了欢乐的气氛中。当地的人都对这个来自远方的陌生人感到好奇，尤其是小孩儿——就爱和JON打招呼。

We took a train to Dali instead of the usual bus because JON has this colossal affection for the former. There is something special about train rides – somehow they change our perception and broaden our minds...

因为JON说他很喜欢火车，于是我们决定不再搭客运而转乘火车到大理。从火车上看风景的视角就是如此的独特，感觉整个空间突然变大了起来，心旷神怡……
